Refund Policy for Jurannacurriculums Data Protection eLearning Platform:

We at Jurannacurriculums are committed to providing you with the best possible learning experience for data protection. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund policy that favors our customers and protects their interests.

Refund Eligibility: You are eligible for a refund if you meet the following criteria:
You have purchased a course or subscription directly from Jurannacurriculums.
You have not completed more than 25% of the course content.
You request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date.
Refund Process: To request a refund, please send an email to curriculumrefunds@storeandhost.com with your name, order number, and reason for requesting a refund. We will process your request within 7 business days of receipt.

Refund Amount: The refund amount will be determined as follows:

If you request a refund within 14 days of purchase and meet the eligibility criteria, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price.
If you request a refund after 14 days of purchase, or have completed more than 25% of the course content, we will not issue a refund.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will issue a refund by check.

Exceptions: We may make exceptions to this refund policy in cases of fraudulent activity, technical errors, or other circumstances at our sole discretion.
